What are the bank’s opening hours?
Our branches are open from 8:15 AM until 12:00 PM on weekdays.
Our opening hours may be affected by governmental decisions related to a state of emergency such as COVID-19.
 

I forgot my account number. How do I find it?

    You can find your account number on your bank statement or chequebook. You can also dial 1210 to reach our 24/7 Customer Care and provide us with your identification in order to get the required information.

    You can also access your account information on our digital banking platforms: our online banking or our mobile app AM Bank.

How can I enroll in Online Banking?
You can request it when signing the account opening form, or when applying for any Credit Card or Loan.
If you are an existing client, please call 1210 or pass by your nearest AM Bank branch to request this service.
What is the IBAN?
IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is a 28-digit reference number that identifies your account, bank, and country. It is required for any transfer.
To check your IBAN, please contact any of AM Bank branches or call 1210. You can also find your IBAN on our digital banking platforms: our online banking or our mobile app AM Bank.
I have a new card. How do I activate it?
For security reasons, your card is inactive when issued.
Please call 1210 to activate it.
I suspect fraudulent activity has occurred on my account. What should I do?
Call 1210 immediately to report the fraud and block your card; you can also block it yourself through our digital banking platforms: our online banking or our mobile app AM Bank; however even if you block the card yourself you must also call us on 1210 to report this fraudulent activity. Our Customer Care remains available 24/7.
How can I check my credit card account balance?
Your account details, such as account balance, are available on our digital banking platforms: our online banking or AM Bank, our mobile app as well as on your monthly statement.
How do I submit a credit card dispute?
Call 1210 or pass by the nearest AM Bank branch during our opening hours.
