What are the bank’s opening hours?
Our branches are open from 8:30 AM until 2:30 PM on weekdays, and from 8:30 AM until 12:00 PM on Saturdays.
For your convenience, our Hamra branch remains open until 3:30 PM on weekdays from the 1st until the 10th of each month.
I forgot my account number. How do I find it?

    You can find your account number on your bank statement or chequebook. You can also dial 1210 to reach our Customer Care 24/7 and provide us with your identification in order to get the required information.

How can I enroll in Online Banking?
You can request it when signing on the account opening form, or when applying for any Credit Card or Loan.
If you are an existing client, please call 1210 or pass by your nearest AM Bank branch to request this service.
What is the IBAN?
IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is a 28-digit reference number that identifies your account, bank, and country. It is required for any transfer.
To check your IBAN, please contact any of AM Bank branches or call 1210.
I have a new card. How do I activate it?
For security reasons, your card is inactive when issued.
Please call 1210 to activate it.
I suspect fraudulent activity has occurred on my account. What should I do?
Call 1210 immediately to report the fraud and block your card.
