Scope and Application
This policy applies to all individuals and entities acting on behalf of AM Bank sal, including all directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and third parties. All such persons are expected to act ethically and in full compliance with our ABC policy, in order to actively avoid situations that may be perceived as bribery or corruption. Our standards apply to all types of interactions, and we prohibit any form of bribery, whether directly or indirectly offered, given, or accepted. This includes but is not limited to bribes, kickbacks, facilitation payments, … etc

Third-Party Relationships
We require our business partners, suppliers, and other third parties to share our commitment to ethical conduct. All third-party engagements are subject to rigorous due diligence. Any third party found in violation of our anti-corruption principles may face immediate termination of their business relationship with us.
