In order to provide enhanced security of your account information, we are making changes to Online Banking effective February 23, 2013. We will eliminate the picture and phrase you see today, and will be adding new layers of security behind the scenes.
If you login from a new computer or location, you will be asked to validate your information by phone or text message. If your phone number is not in our records, you will be asked to answer a series of questions to validate your identity.
It will be important that we have your current home, work and mobile phone numbers in our records so that we can provide the information you need. You can return the form you recently received in the mail or contact a customer service representative at any office to provide your contact phone numbers.
