What is a dormant account?
A dormant account is a bank account that has not registered any customer-initiated activity for 12 consecutive months. Once classified as dormant, access to banking services is halted until the account is reactivated.

Dormant accounts result in halted access to banking services, blocked transactions, and exposure to fraud risks.
How to avoid dormancy?
Keep your account active by making any transaction within 12 months.
How to reactivate a dormant account?
To reactivate a dormant account, the account holder must visit any AM Bank branch in person and present valid identification and any required documentation in accordance with internal policies. The account will be reactivated upon successful verification.
